Eckert, CRE, MAI, Founder and President, has been active in the appraisal industry for 30 years.

Peter S. Eckert

Peter S. Eckert is the founder and President of Eckert & Company, Inc. Mr. Eckert has been active in the appraisal of all types of real property since entering the field in 1973. He was awarded the Senior Residential Appraiser {SRA} designation in 1978 and the Member Appraisal Institute {MAI} designation in 1981. Mr. Eckert has served as the President of both the Society of Real Estate Appraisers and American Institute of Real Estate Appraisers Chapters in Hampton Roads. In 1998, Mr. Eckert was invited into membership in The Counselors of Real Estate {CRE}. Mr. Eckert continues an active participation with the Appraisal Institute and also proudly serves on the Board of the Hampton Roads Association for Commercial Real Estate.
