Nancy G. Simkins is a 1994 graduate of Old Dominion University with a B.S. Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and a B.A. in Theater Arts Dance. Mrs. Simkins has completed appraisal assignments on a variety of properties to include multi-family structures, vacant land for commercial and residential development, office buildings, retail structures, shopping centers, special purpose properties, industrial buildings and single family residences. Ms. Simkins is a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser licensed in the Commonwealth of Virginia and an MAI Candidate.

Mrs. Steveson holds a B.S. Degree from Eastern Connecticut State University. She assists the Peter S. Eckert & Company, Inc. staff in identifying information necessary for the preparation and completion of appraisal assignments. Responsibilities include conducting market surveys, analyzing income and expense statements and updating regional and neighborhood data. Mrs. Steveson is responsible for updating and maintaining the firm’s information database and assists in overall report design.
